7 Step roadmap

We apply a 7 step roadmap for our projects:

  • Define: define the product requirements, the source objectives and specific customer requirements.
  • Source research: market research, analysis, short list for supplier selection.
  • Go / No Go: Go/No Go decision with the project team based on economical entrepreneurial criteria.
  • Contracting: agreement on price, conditions, SLA with the supplier.
  • Fulfilment: development process, tooling production, final sample approval, production and establishing the supply chain.
  • Evaluation: evaluating.
